I have a gap between my front teeth caused by a bit of my gum going between them, what can I do?

Q.
hello i am 24 years old and previously had braces for about 2 years. because i had a gap between my two front teeth well after one year my teeth started to separate again because of that piece of gum…and now the retainer wont even tighten my teeth so im not sure what to do? please give me some advice? what specialist do i need to go to?

It sounds as if you have a prominent frenum (piece of gum). This will need to be adjusted then look at some quick braces to close the spaces. See www.invisible-braces.co.uk, or you could see another orthodontist
