i have a big front teeth and make me look goofy is it possible to file them would it cause problems

Q. Hi,i have very big two front teeth, they are quite long, and im very concious about them.i dont like to smile in public or in photographs.the teeth themselves are straight, but its just that they are long and make me look “goofy”.im 27 and i want something done about them.would it be possible for my dentist to maybe file them? or would it cause problems?

A. Slight adjust is possible, but if they are very big you might need the teeth veneered or crowned to resize them

i have been very paranoid about my teeth for over 7 yeahs now and feel I wan to do somethin about it. Its not that they are crucked or yellow. Its thats they are quite big. I was wonderinf if there is something that can be done for this? Someone once mentioned that i can have them filed down however they are not an expert. Is there any option and how uch roughly does it cost?

Hi there, I was wondering if you could help. I am fortunate enough to havestraight teeth, however, I have an overbite – and it tends to make me looka bit goofy sometimes, not massively, but a a bit, and id like to have thetop teeth pushed back to solve this. Can Ivisalign help with this? and whatprice am I looking at?

Hi, Just wanted to ask a quick question. Most of my teeth are not straight, however my main concern is my top two teeth, which are positioned awkwardly and it is mainly because of this I lack confidence smiling or even talking close to someone for that matter. Are there treatments available to either make adjusmtents to the position of my top two teeth or remove and replace them with artificial ones in the correct position without having to use braces?

I grind my teeth in the night and i think it may be effecting the way my inman aligner is sitting. It seems to have shifted when i wake up in the morning and im worried that if it continues it’ll ruin all the treatment and it won’t straighten my teeth properly. Could you recommend anything that i could do to ensure that my treatment continues as smoothly as possible? If the brace needs any alterations do you think i will have to pay extra? and if so can you give me an estimation of costs? thanks very much

I would recommend you see your Inman aligner dentist. If the aligner is slipping on the front or back of the teeth you may require some tooth coloured attachments on the teeth to stop the aligner slipping up. Your dentist will be able to check this for your and advise the best option for you.
