I don’t want dentures on my top and bottom teeth, what are my options?

Q.
Have dentures on top. Lower teeth are killing me, gum trouble. Broken down teeth in back. A few missing. What are my options? Do not want dentures on bottom. Can barely stand the ones on top. On the bottom I have in the front, like 4 or 5 teeth. Then on both sides, some missing, then molars on both sides are broken down and in bad shape. Lots of pain. Isn’t there a way to adhere the denture so it will stay in? Or could it be possible for me to get a partial on the left and on the right, and then do something with the few teeth I have left in front?
A.
In cases where the vback teeth are beyond salvage it is better to remove them. You should haver some chewing teeth and it maybe that dental implants could provide some support for either bridges or precision attachment dentures which are completely different to standard dentures.
Costs are too variable to guess without an initial clinical assesment.
