Q. Dear Rob. I had six month smile brace fitted 18 months ago for mild crowding on the front six. The brace has been institu for 18mths and has left gaps in the front that are refusing to close, also one slightly overlapping tooth wouldn’t move. Another problem is i feel it’s pushing my front teeth out as it’s now longer then the others. I keep saying this to my cosmetic Dentist and she says it shouldn’t be much longer, however I honestly think it could possibly take another 18mths. What would you suggest, can the top front tooth be pushed up with another brace?,
