I Currently Have A NHS Denture Which Is Unbearable, How Much Does An Upper Implant Denture Cost?

Q.
Hi, hello. How much would you estimate an upper implant denture to cost? I am only a 43 female and I have had to rely on a full NHS denture for a few years which I cannot bear any longer. My confidence is at an all time low and thought a denture implant may be the answer to my problems. I am in good health but lost my teeth after pregnancy and I cannot carry on with my current dentures. Also can you get a lower implant denture. When I got my last set of dentures you could see that teeth aren’t sitting straight and dentist has you in and out of chair in minutes, which really isn’t good enough.

Implant-retained dentures will vary in cost depending on the number of implants used, if bone grafting is used, the quality of the implants, the experience and skill of the dental surgeon and the quality of the aesthetic result you are hoping for. A ‘ballpark’ figure for a full upper denture, fitted in one day with 4 implants retaining it and of very high quality is from £10,000- £15,000. Best regards, Dr Mark Hughes.
