The type of dentistry you are talking about is extremely complex and it’s not possible for me to be able to give you accurate answers to your questions without first thoroughly examining you and your dentition. It may be possible for you to have bridge work but we’d have to see you in person.

If there is insufficient bone to be able to place implants then there are bone grafting techniques that may be used – once again your suitability for these procedures would ahve to be assessed with an examination and usually some X-rays and CT scan.

So the best thing to do would be to come and see one of our implant experts who can advise you and answer all your questions

Kind regards
