I cannot afford cosmetic dentistry costs, is there any way I can have the treatment needed on the NHS?

Q.
hi
due to my gums shrinking i have lost five front top and four bottom teeth and many others are coming loose.
im 36 and single and i am not only loosing confidence each day but im also have great difficulty with my dentures. They wont stay in without using polygrip which makes me gag daily, and this is also affecting my weight, i have lost half a stone since having the dentures a year ago. I cannot afford cosmetic dentistry, is there any way possible i can have this done on the nhs?. I have not concidered going on a date since having these dentures and to be honest iv never felt so selfcontious and depressed, please could you advice me
many thanks
A.
Unfortunately implants are not available on thr Nhs. You could ask your dentist to make you a new denture or try and reline the one you have now to make if fit more accurately.
