It is impossible for me to give you any sort of diagnosis as I cannot assess what condition your teeth are in without seeing you. However, modern dentistry is pretty amazing and we’re able to save teeth that are in a poor state. I would advise you to make an appointment with a caring dentist who can give you a treatment plan and associated fees. The cheapest option in the short term, like an extraction for example is not really the answer and you need to view the fees for treatment as an investment in your health. A lot of dental practices now offer flexible finance plans, allowing you to have all your dental treatment now and spread the costs over a period of time, including interest free options.
I hope this helps.
