Q. I have had really bad toothache for the past 3 days, I rang the NHS Direct number yesterday and they said I am not entitled to NHS emergency dentist service, I am only entitled if it is root canal problem, but I am not sure myself what the problem is, just that the toothache is becoming unbearable!
