I am not happy with my crowns but my dentist will not replace them, what can I do?

I recently had all old crowns in front replaced. Problem: I have a long thin face. The dentist who applied my old crowns followed the contour of my face when affixing the crowns. This filled my face out and dimished my long thin face.
With the new crowns, the “new” dentist (older dentist now retired) decided I needed thinner crowns and shorter ones. As a result, I look “sick!” She will not change them and instead told me “we could obviously not work together.” I sought another dentist who does not want to replace these crowns with thicker and longer crowns as well. He wants to do crown lengthening to the top 4 front and then “maybe” make the crowns a little bit thicker…but not much. Should I seek yet another opinion?

You need to find someone who will deliver what you what provided it is reasonable, I always make a prototype set of crowns first so we can assess them prior to making the final ones this way there are no surprises.
