Q. I am experiencing an ache in my lower front teeth – very difficult to pinpoint the exact pain. It is not painful to place pressure on the teeth. It is an ache that comes and goes. I am not sensitive to hot or cold items. Any thoughts?,
A. You may be grinding your teeth or have some gum disease – my best advice is to visit your dentist if you haven’t already
