I Am A Nervous Patient And Have Severe Gum Disease, Can You Help Me?

Q.
Hi I suffer with severe gum disease and I have lost almost all my gum surrounding my 2 bottom teeth. I am also a very nervous patient and havent been to my dentist for 2 yrs as he doesnt understand. He has also said nothing can be done about my gums but ive heard of a procedure where u remove good gum and put it on the affected area. Ive been looking but cannot find a dentist where I live that deals with peridontal disease. Im really desperate as I dont want my teeth to fall out. When ive been to the dentist in the past ive been made to feel like I dont brush my teeth but they r brushed twice sometimes 3 times a day, I did used to smoke. Ive been suffering with this since I was 15 and im now 30.
I would b really grateful for some advice and guidance.
Thanks.

Hi

I am sorry to hear about your circumstances but I am sure there is a suitable option for you. Unfortunately it is impossible for me to say what this is without carrying out an examination of your mouth. My recommendation would to find out your treatment options are quickly, before the situation gets worse.
