I am 26 and I don’t want to have train tracks again, what other braces options are there?
Q.
hi andrew, when i was a teenager i had braces for 4 years and the result was very good, as advised i kept my retainer in for 6 months (since i have read i should have kept them in for a lot longer)…since then they have slowly reverted back to there old shape, i am now 26 and really do not want to wear the dreaded train tracks again, what other possibilities are there and would behind the teeth braces rectify this problem….the main problem is my two teeth either side of my front teeth are behind, thanks for your time

It sounds like Invisalign would work well for you, they are a series of clear aligners designed to move the teeth gradually without the need for fixed braces. patients get on great with them, my son has used them so I can’t recommend them highly enough hope this help and good luck with whatever treatment you choose
