I am 19, can i get braces on the NHS – if not, how much do they cost?

hi, i am a 19 year old girl with 2 kids and get a low income, when i was younger about 14 i got braces the ones you take in and out but stopped wearing them as they were uncomfortable, i now regret that decision and would really like braces again as my teeth depress me and stop me from smiling, do you think i can get them free on the nhs or am i to late?? if so how much would braces cost, its just my top two big teeth that stick out?? thanks

I don’t think you will be able to get your braces on the NHS, however, you could contact an NHS practice and find out from them directly.

Orthodontic treatment with our Studios ranges from £1795 upwards. This is dependent on what treatment you decide to go for. We do offer finance and payment options to make the treatments more affordable.

I would recommend you visited your dentist and decided on what you want to achieve, then they can give you a full treatment plan including the costs.
