Having lost some of my molars, would an implant retained denture be a suitable solution?

hi have lost my 1st molar 2nd molar got my 2nd premolar but lost 1st premolar on right side but the bone between the premolar and other teeth is thin have been toying with the idea of implant retained denture is it possible to use the bone at the back as this is more dense or would it need to be at the front? thanks in advance

I would really need to see you to give you options if the bone is good enough implants are an option if not there are so many other options available to you including bone grafting.
