Front teeth are protruding how can I get it fixed without a surgery

Q. Hi, my jaws are unaligned, the lower jaw sits further back than the top. My front teeth therefore protrude and give the buck tooth look, sticking out. The top jaw gums also show too much. generaly my teeth are healthy and well not crooked. Is there anything that can be done to help, that isnt major surgery etc. The option when I was at school meant major surgery and braces.

A. You could have barces to just tidy up the teeth, however if the only option was surgery in the past it is likely that this is still the best long-term option. Ask for an opinion from an experienced Orthodontist to find out all your options.
