Do you have any advice for someone who is extremely down about their teeth?

Q. Hi, I don’t really know where to start, but i’m extremely down about my teeth 🙁 i’m 19 and just don’t know what to do, I feel the problems with them may be too big to sort. When I was younger I had to have root canal treatment on a front tooth, this left it very grey, I have since had a crown but they still don’t look right. Also, my bottom teeth became very rotten so i’ve had lots of work done on them, but they look awful as the white fillings I had are becoming discoloured. My teeth are far from straight, they all seem to be different colours. I just don’t understand it because i’ve always looked after them, but my dad had a lot of problems with his teeth & so has my mum. This is beginning to rule my life, I think about how hideous my teeth look 24/7. I saved up £400 to have this crown done which looks awful. I just don’t know where to turn, but at the age of 19 i’m not willing to live the rest of my life like this. So if you have an advice i’d be extremely grateful, i’m willing to save up any amount of money, no matter how long it takes. I also have pictures but not sure how to attach them on here. Thank you in advance.,
A. Its sounds like you’re starting to get things sorted out with the front crown. I guess in the future you will need all the other teeth crowning so I would carry on in the direction you’re going.
