Do braces in the UK cost £200-300?

Im 21 and a HE student, I was thinking of getting braces for sure in the next year or so. I have found that from my own dentist it may cost considerbaly upto 2-300 pounds. I was astonished with this answer. Is this true? I mean I only have the fromt two teeth over one another. And also what if I went to another country – like asia – Pakistan, as I am going next year right, would be alot cheaper I suppose. Whats your knowledge sir? and advice.

That sounds like the right amount for braces in the UK. I guess it would be cheaper abroad but cheaper doesn’t usually mean better

Hi sir how ru my teeths r not gud so i wanna hav braces i hav asked in india in hyderabad dat dentist said d treatment will go on up to 14 months i hav 2 be in hospital every month or 3 months & he said it costs me around 18,000 to 20000 indian rupees means 200 pounds to 270 pounds actually d thing is im cuming to uk london so can u tel me much will be d cost?

my front teeth are not straight how much will cost to fix them?? i think thy will cost a lot of money but i want to find a way so that i can pay monthly because i cant afford to pay all at once any advice…
Braces at some clinics start from £1700. You can pay monthly through a credit scheme arranged through a company call Medenta (subject to status).
