Dentist recommended corsodyl for daughter’s flare up of gingivitis but this has stained her teeth. What is the best thing to do to restore teeth whiteness?

Q. Hi, my 4 and a half year old daughter had a flare up of gingivitus in june and suffers from oral herpes. the dentist at the time told us to use corsodyl. this has stained her teeth considerably but she does not want the dentist to clean them as she has been through alot. Can you advise what is the best thing i can do to restore some of the whiteness back and get rid of some stains. thanks,
A. If you don’t feel comfortable seing your Dentist, maybe best to go to a different one. If your daughter is only 4 and half, means that she still have her permanent teeth to come through. Might be best just to wait till that happens. Get something for the herpes in the meantime.
