My Veneers Have Altered My Bite. Can They Be Leveled?

Hi Dr Hughes. I recently had veneers on 5 of my front teeth, and am very disappointed and have no faith in the dentist who did them. Two of my teeth already had old veneers on them and the dentist had a great deal of trouble getting these off. I think he may have shaved off too much tooth. I queried the colour (A1) which is far too white. One of the incisors is longer than the other so my bite is now wrong. The incisors also jut out more than before and feel very uncomfortable.
Can the incisors be leveled? I went as a private patient and paid £2.500. Can you offer any advice on how to correct this?

Could I Get Veneers to Change the Shape of My Teeth?

Hi Dr Hughes. I have had braces in the past, but my front teeth relapsed slightly after the treatment had finished. I am due to turn 21 this year and I have been unhappy with my 4 top front teeth for a while. I have spent a lot of money on my braces to still be this unhappy. I think my teeth are oddly shaped and they push out from the side. I was considering veneers or something similar, would these be suitable to change the shape of my teeth? I would like some advice on what my options would be. I am not very familiar with veneers or the price range but I am willing to consider my options. Thank you in advance.

Is It Possible To Get A Discount On A Full Set Of Veneers? I Hate My Gaps.

Do you get discount if you need a full set of veneers? I hate my teeth I have gaps and they are discoloured. I have spent a fortune on teeth whitening, only to be in pain afterwards. I must have sensitive teeth. Some of my gums are receding hence I get a lot of pain after the teeth whitening, plus it only lasts a short time then it goes back to dull again. Is there any other form of dental treatment that could help me with this? Thank you for your time. I hope to hear from you.

I have always been ashamed to smile due to my gaps in my teeth my confidence is always low this affects my day to day life in every way, what is it called where you get all your teeth taken out an teeth put in with no gaps an great smile? Hello, Dr Shaffie. I am trying to find the cheapest way of having my discoloured veneers replaced. 5 on the front top set. I am so unhappy that they are all slightly different colours because they have been replaced at different times. Do any dentists put offers on?
I suffered from bulimia for many years and the bottom teeth are all eroded. I am not a person who has loads of money! Can you please advise me who would help me. Thanks I look forward to hearing from you.

I have had a gap in between my teeth since childhood. This gap has expanded over the years and has become significantly noticeable. I would like to know the different options available to me and how I can go about it? The gap is in my front teeth and it’s rather embarrassing and is affecting my self esteem. I Am Happy With My Veneers And Now One Has Fallen Off. What Are My Options?

Hello. I need to tell you that the second veneer on one of my front teeth has fallen off! My dentist has said that there is not enough tooth left to resurface and has recommended that I have my front teeth crowned. He has now given me a quote of about £500 per tooth. I am not able to afford this at the moment and wondered if there was another solution. As at the moment one of my front teeth is not looking very attractive. I have had veneers on my front teeth for quite a long time and the other tooth still has the original veneer. I have never really been happy with the shape of the veneers as they have made my teeth look too wide and uneven. Look forward to hearing your advice. Thank you

I’m 71 Years Old And Want To Know If I Am Eligible To Have Veneers Done Through The NHS?

Throughout my life I have had my teeth looked after by visiting my local dentist. In the past I have had heart surgery (valve replacement )
and I am on the prescription drug, Warfarin for the rest of my life. It is a worry to me that if I needed teeth extractions, I would have to go to the dental hospital, in case of any excessive bleeding. I am unsure of my course of action as I believe that would be a problem for me as I would probably need to stop taking Warfarin during the time of any dental treatment. I am 71 years old and receive pension credit. Do you have any information on that would help know if I would I be able to have my veneers done free of charge?

I have veeners which are years old and I feel that they are too heavy. There are 6 in total can they be replaced and how much would this cost, my hygeine is not good because the veeners are so close together can they be taken off then hygeine work done for a bit before others put back on?
