Hi I have had chronic gum disease due to smoking, I have lost 4 teeth that would be visible with a natural smile, including the front tooth on my lower pallet where i use a denture, next to this I have 1 loose tooth kept in with the denture and virtually all my teeth have visible roots where the gums have receeded. I have now given up smoking and my teeth are fairly white, gum disease is cured, are there any technologies that can recreate a natural looking set of teeth without using dentures?

I am currently undergoing root planing for problematic gums which became apparent when only recently visiting a private Orthodontist to get straight teeth, this is when my diagnosis of Periodontal was first found. My question is, once the treatment has finished and I am maintaining the up keep of healthy gums, will I ever be able to have nice straight teeth? Kind regards
