Is There a Quick Option to Straighten Two Teeth?

Thursday, May 21st, 2015
Q.

Hello,

I have used Invisalign to align my teeth but the upper front 2 incisors are not perfectly aligned. As I do not want to have another round of Invisalign, is there another quick option just to make these 2 teeth a bit more straight? Also, could you kindly advise if Lumineers could be a solution or are they too thin? I do not want to affect the teeth so I’m not interested in veneers.
Thank you and best regards.

How Long do Lumineers Stay on the Teeth?

Monday, March 16th, 2015
Q.

Hi, I wanted to know how long Lumineers stay on the teeth? Also, if I go for veneers, are they going to grind my original teeth so that I will have no option but to always have veneers on them? Which one is the better option for me? I want to change my smile as I’m not happy with it. Can I have the procedure done on a payment plan? I want to go for Lumineers because I have heard it doesn’t damage your original teeth, but they stay on for shorter time than veneers. I don’t want them to grind my natural teeth though. What should I do?

Should I Choose Lumineers to Close Gaps?

Tuesday, January 13th, 2015
Q.

Hello Dr Hughes. I have gap between my front teeth, and I am not opting for braces because I know that gaps open up after some time. I was thinking about going for veneers but keeping in mind their durability and the fact that my teeth have to be trimmed, I am thinking about going for Lumineers. I’m just worried about if they will suit me? What should I go for? Thank you, any advice would be happily received.

How Suitable Are Laminate Veneers For Someone Suffering From Bruxism?

Wednesday, July 9th, 2014
Q.

Hi Dr Moore. I’d like to know some details about the veneer (laminate).
Do you know how suitable this type of veneer is for someone who grinds their teeth on a nightly basis?
I understand this type is very thin, just 0.3mm. Do you know of a more suitable veneer, or treatment for bruxism? It’s not for me but I have a friend who has this problem and they would like some information on it. Any information you could provide would indeed be helpful. Thank you very much!

I’m struggling To Find A Dentist That Fits Lumineers, Do You Know Of The Nearest Practice That Has Experience With Them?

Monday, March 17th, 2014
Q.

I live near Sheffield and I’m struggling to find a dentist
that fits Lumineers, do you know of the nearest practice that has experience
with them?

 I have two front
teeth that appear higher in my gums making my smile look ‘wonky’ and I’m hoping
that Lumineers will rectify this rather than having to wear braces for a
considerable period of time.

I’m 34 and am desperate to avoid having braces due to the
time the treatment will take and the cost implications of having them too.

Thank you

Could You Tell Me If It Would Be Possible To Use Lumineers To Correct My Two Front Teeth?

Friday, February 21st, 2014
Q.

Hello Andrew. Could you tell me if it would it be possible to use Lumineers to correct my two front teeth?

They are set back further than the rest and also sit a little lower. Ideally I would like my two front teeth to be sitting a little higher up the gum and set forward with the other teeth.

At the side of the two front teeth, I have little ‘fangs’ which are slightly turning into the direction of the two front teeth. I would also like to have these fixed.

Braces aren’t an option for me due to the nature of my work, I am also not a candidate for Invisalign. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Hi Mark, I’d Like To Know If I Could Have Lumineers On Only The Teeth That Show?

Tuesday, January 21st, 2014
Q.

Hello Mark, I wonder if you could give me some advice. I am currently thinking about having Lumineers on my top teeth as I feel they are too small, they are also chipped and yellow, plus, I have ground my two front teeth down a little. Could I have 8 done as the rest do not show? Also I feel my top palette is too narrow (I had my fangs removed as a teenager as my dentist said their wasn’t enough room in my mouth), would Lumineers go anyway to correct this? Thank you for your response in advance.

If I Whiten The Back Of Teeth, Will It Brighten Up My Smile With Lumineers On?

Wednesday, November 27th, 2013
Q.

Hello. I have Lumineers and have had them for about 7 years. I feel like they look a little dingy and are not as white as I would like. I have heard that you can whiten the back of your natural teeth and that will help brighten your smile up. Is there any truth to this? Also how long on average do Lumineers last before needing to replace them. And do you recommend veneers over Lumineers in most cases?

Thanks for your help!

I Want The Perfect Smile, What Is The Best Way I Can Achieve This?

Tuesday, September 17th, 2013
Q.

Hello, most of my teeth are straight (Apart from one tooth which the bottom of the tooth very, very slightly overlaps the tooth next to it. Nobody notices it but I do and know it’s there) and not very discoloured, however I want ‘The perfect smile’ so I have been considering having Lumineers for a while now but was just wondering two things.
1. How much roughly am I looking at spending for a full set (I know it will vary from person to person) but just a rough figure.
2. Can you choose how white you want them? As I would want them white, white.
I hope you can help me with these questions.
Hope to hear from you soon, Kindest regards.

I’m Interested In Laser Gum Contouring And I’m Also Looking At Getting Veneers To Improve My Smile, Which Would You Suggest?

Wednesday, September 11th, 2013
Q.

Hello, I’m interested in having laser gum contouring for just my front incisors. I am also looking to have some veneers perhaps maybe four(front and lateral incisors) where there are composites at present (which need to be removed).I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and really just want to renew my smile by making my teeth more even in length. I have heard of Emax veneers and wondered why they’ve become more popular. I have also read that these are better than perhaps Lumineers or Davinci veneers. I don’t really understand the difference, could you me understand the difference?
