Hello Mark. I’ve had a bridge for roughly 15 years, it was for one missing central incisor due to a accident as a child but my other central incisor which the wing is attached to is failing and needs to be extracted. I want implants but due to bone loss I’d need a bone graft for both my two front teeth which I can’t afford as well as dental implants, could I remove both lateral incisors to get immediate implants with a 4 unit bridge to avoid bone graft? Thank you.

I Can’t Afford To Have A Bone Graft With Dental Implants. Would A Unit 4 Bridge Attached To Implants Be Less Costly?
Monday, September 29th, 2014I Have A Missing Front Tooth And The Partial Denture Makes Me Ill. How Can I Afford A Dental Implant?
Wednesday, September 24th, 2014Hello Marcus. I have lost a front tooth and I’m only in my twenties. I can’t go out any more or see anyone apart from family. My dentist gave me a denture on a plate but there’s no way I can have it in. I’m sick as soon as it’s in my mouth. I’m a single mum with 2 children and I’m getting worse everyday. I was very bubbly and out going and working with loads of friends but now I’m a different person all because of one tooth. My dentist doesn’t provide implants or anything like that and I have got a family wedding coming up but I’m not going because of this. I can’t pay for an implant weekly because I can’t get credit anywhere. What should I do?
I Would Like To Have A Perfect Smile Like The Ones On Embarrassing Bodies. Would Dental Veneers Achieve This Look?
Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014Hello Marcus. Could you please help me? I would like the perfect smile. I would like veneers, 6 at the top and 8 at the bottom and 1 dental implant. I would like large white veneers. I’ve seen it done on embarrassing bodies. They file them down to pegs then put temps on until yours are made. My teeth are not too good but I want them to really stand out so that I’m smiling all day. Could you tell me how you do this please and give me a rough guide on what price it may be? Thank you.
How Much Would It Cost to Get Dental Implants Through the NHS?
Friday, September 12th, 2014Hi Dr Huges. I am looking into getting all my teeth pulled out and have screw-in teeth or dental implants to replace them. I have had cancer and since then I have finished my chemotherapy and now I have had nothing but problems with my teeth, I brush them two times a day every day and they just keep rotting. I am in pain most the time, and I just want to get it sorted now. I currently don’t work so would have to go through the NHS as I couldn’t pay for private treatment. If you could tell me how much it will cost and how long the wait would be. I would be very grateful. Many thanks for your time.

I Don’t Know What To Do Now That My Root Canal Treatment Has Failed. Should I Opt For A Dental Implant?
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014I had root canal treatment on one of my back teeth about 8 years ago and it’s now failed. I now need to consider whether to go for a re-root, or to have the tooth out and get an implant. I’m struggling with what to do. The cost of the implant my dentist has advised me it will be in the region of £2.5k and a re-root, which may not have a great success rate for a long period, will be around £1300 with new crown etc. In your experience, is it better to go for an implant? Are there any other alternatives? Also, in the past, I’ve had a lot of work done to my teeth – should I be looking at dental insurance plans now, as I’ve spent £1000’s in the last 10 years.
Can You Recommend A Dentist Where I Can Get My Teeth Fixed? I Have A Real Fear Of Dentists.
Tuesday, September 2nd, 2014Hi Dr Gambroudes, I have a real fear of dentists. The whole experience is a nightmare. Can you recommend a dentist where I can get my teeth fixed? I have very badly rotten and broken teeth throughout my mouth but now it’s getting to the point that I no longer feel I want to open my mouth. I want them fixed or removed and replaced if possible. I want to go out and be able to smile at people without them giving me dirty looks. Also having teeth will boost my confidence and allow me to get a face to face job instead of me applying for all the job where I don’t have to see customers so to speak. Please can you help.
I Have An Impacted Tooth On The Upper Left Side. Can This Be Easily Removed? I May Need My Wisdom Teeth Removed Also.
Tuesday, September 2nd, 2014Hello Dr Gambroudes, I have an impacted tooth on the left side on my upper gums. My wisdom teeth have also not been removed yet. I don’t know if that has had an impact on the way they have to be removed. I want to get this extra tooth removed as soon as possible. I also haven’t had a dentist appointment in a while. I have heard from some that it is not possible but I have also heard that it is possible. I am undecided I need to ask someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Can this easily be removed?
