My teeth jet out after having braces, what can you recommend to fix this?

Saturday, December 4th, 2010
Q.

I am a 24 year old,i had braces at the age of 10-11 for year for my upper and lower jaw,i have had four extractions…..though the braces took my teeth substantially behind,my front two teeth are very big in size and jet out and i dont think any further space can be created……according to ortho i consulted it cannot be taken further behind as it would disturb the alignment of upper and lower jaw…..what can u reccomend?

I was punched in the mouth and this caused my teeth to be knocked out of place, what are the chances that I will be able to keep the teeth?

Saturday, December 4th, 2010
Q.

I was recently punched in the mouth, forcing my top teeth quite far back but not out completely.

It was 5 hours later that I was able to receive emergency treatment at the hospital and my teeth were forced back into the correct position.

I was able to get to a dentist some 24 hours after the teeth were put back in place.

The dentist took xrays etc but said he was unable to do anything at that point in time ie. until swelling had gone down and he could see if the teeth would set back in well.

What are the chances that I will be able to keep my own two front teeth?

And if they have to come out what are the options for replacement and costings etc?

Thanks

I can’t afford to have my bridge replaced but it looks awful, can it be made to look normal?

Saturday, December 4th, 2010
Q.

Dr.Solanki,A year and a half ago,my regular dentist made me a bridge of 6 upper teeth,I have been unhappy since.I have expressed to him that when I DON’T smile big and when I’m talking,it looks like I don’t have any teeth! The teeth are perfectly aligned and look nice at the gumline but I can bite down on something flat and it is obvious they are arched upward.I told him this shortly after it was made but he just now finally tells me he can add on to my existing bridge with some substance to make them longer, and if it does not work he can remove the added on part and my bridge will not be damaged. Can this be done sucessfuly, look normal and hold up,and be removed without any damage?I cannot afford to replace this one(he says it cannot be removed anyway, and he has’nt offered)but this is interfering with my self confidence that I was supposed to be gaining from this procedure. Please help!
