Good afternoon! I wanted 3 of my teeth extracted as 2 are broken and 1 has grown behind a tooth which has caused me to be self conscious. I also wanted my teeth straightened with braces and I would like some advice on my canines at the top as I would like them to be symmetrical instead of taken out. I have had issues for many years and I wish to progress my lifestyle and push pass these problems. Would I be able to get a consultation and a price?

Hi Marcus. Can you give me advice regarding my top teeth? The two front one’s are going to fall out as I have a hole in the back of one of them. I had a denture fitted about a month ago and I have six teeth left on the top jaw. What can be done to get this sorted out. I’m a very nervous patient and I am so sick of the way this is affecting my confidence. I can’t go out any more and I would be grateful for your opinion my current problems with my teeth. Thank you.
Hi Dr Gambroudes. I have gum disease and see my dentist every 3 months to have them cleaned. This is having very little effect and I currently have 2 loose teeth. I have already lost 3 in the last few years. What options do I have and what else can be done as no treatment other than the regular cleaning is being offered. I’m at my wits end and just want them all out! I’m worried that I will end up with no teeth. Please advise me. Thanks.
Hello Dr Gambroudes. My two front teeth are longer than my lips. This makes me open my whole mouth wide just to say a single word. I have little to no confidence or self esteem. My teeth make me look ugly. What can I do about this? I’ve been browsing around and I’ve got some information about veneers, dental bonding and surgery, etc. I am still trying to get a proper advise on what to do. Hello sir. My teeth are coming forward. They are not really visible now but I want to stop put a stop to this now. I don’t have the habit of closing my lips also. I don’t want to get braces and I am 15 years old. Please tell me how to get this corrected? I think this problem is happening because I don’t keep my lips closed so the teeth are coming forward. Hello Dr Gambroudes, I could do with your guidance. My front two teeth do not match. One is a misshapen crown and the other has a chip in the tooth. Can you make a crown match a veneer beside it, especially in colour? I would choose porcelain for both and a mac veneer for the veneer. I would also want other teeth beside them have mac veneers also with lower teeth and upper teeth not with veneers whitened. Could they all match? I just want my two front teeth to match in colour and shape as well as an overall matching smile. Thank you in advance.
