Hi there, I have a diastema at the front of my upper teeth and I believe this is being caused by my labial frenum being too low on my gums. I was wondering whether I could ask my dentist to perform a labial frenectomy to remove the frenum creating my gap. Hello, I have a horizontal hairline fracture in one of my front teeth. The fracture is closer to the bottom of the tooth. I’ve been told that there’s nothing that can be done and that I should just be careful with it. I was wondering if there is any treatment for this condition that might prevent the tooth from finally breaking off. Thankyou

I have asked my dentist if the 6 caps can be replaced as they are showing the metal at the top of my gums, they have said that the posts are very big and their is a chance that the roots can break, Is their any thing that can be done, I have also got 5 teeth missing lower left, I have tried to wear the denture, it makes me gag, I have problems eating with them, can this be sorted out, And if so what can be done and what would the cost of this approx be.

My daughters have overcrowded teeth and one of them is lisping

Please help i have two daughters of 14 and 12 they both have very overcrowded teeth and bottom teeth overlapping the top. I was told that they need surgery to correct this but they have wait until their jaw is fully grown. I think the problem is also causing my younger daughter to start lisping when she talk.I am getting very concern about this. Please advice what the best option to correct their problem.

Dr, I am a implant patient currently going through the process of having 2 implants (one either side of my front teeth). I had the implant screws inserted in January and have just recently returned to my dentist for a review to find that one of the implants has failed to knit with the bone and has subsequently been removed. Although my dentist was dissapointed with this he did say that it was highly likely we could rectify the problem by inserting a 12mm screw as apposed to 8mm thus connecting with stronger bone that hasn’t had teeth in it previous. I am very confident in his ability but would just like a second opinion as to weather you think I will be second time lucky on this ocassion, and if not what my options are? Thank you in anticipation.

Dear Sirs i wanted a bridge i could not afford one so the dentist suggested a valplas partial im wondering if this would work for me since im only missing 1 tooth and im wondering if it all come in one piece over the roof of the mouth and is this the only way a valplas can be made?
