Can a small gap between front and lateral tooth be filled?

Andrew, a hygenist has filed the enamel between my front and lateral tooth through vigarious scraping and so has created a small gap there when there wasn’t one. I know it is not there normally as I have a bonded retainer from orthodontic treatment and my teeth were perfect then. As this small gap is ruining my perfect smile, is there a way that this gap can be bonded with some filling material at all to replace the tooth enamel with the retainer there? The filed gap there now is below the retainer wire so can this be bypassed and bonded?

Could you give me a guide-price for treatment for four rotten teeth and ‘crumbling’ molar?

Hi there I know there are a few similar questions and chances are I need to have someone actually look at my mouth but I am 28yrs old and on a low income. In the past I have had poor dental hygiene, I lived in Sydney and started treatment so I have all my records and x-rays. but I couldnt afford to keep up payments. My bottom back teeth are terrible I have only one full molar and its started to crumble and cause me pain, I also have 4 teeth on the other side completely rotted down to gum, I am terrified of the dentist and in a lot of pain. I was wondering what my options are and I am aware I cant get an exact quote without a dentist examining me but even a rough idea as I am saving to move away again next year and really need it fixed so if I can prepare myself for the cost I can deal with the fear next, cost is also why I am scared of going. My dentists has noticed early signs of erosion on my teeth, what do you suggest I do?

On a recent visit to the dentist i was informed that my teeth are showing the first signs of erosion. He informed me that it was not bad enough for a filling and that it could be reversed by leaving toothpaste overnight. I have tried this but is rather sickly.

Is there anything else i can do ?

If the process has already started is it too late to have the fluoride varnish put on to reduce further erosion ?

On your website you mention fluoride gels, are these available in chemists ? can you recommend ?
