Can you give me your opinion on the Carlson Bridge “Winged Pontic” procedure?

Q.
Hello Dr Moore. Can you please advise on my situation. Do you know about or do the Carlson Bridge “Winged Pontic” procedure? I have a broken front tooth and it will be extracted. They want to do an inplant or cut my vital teeth to pegs, which I don’t care to have either done. In Hawaii I’ve heard of the Carlson Bridge “Winged Pontic” porcedure. In your opinion could you tell me if you think this would be a good alternative? I have gone to their web site at www.carlsonbiologicaldentistry.com to have a proper look. I have also youtubed carlson bridge and googled that too for more information.
Good information but I would like to know what you think?

Thank you for your time.

Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds to me like it is an adhesive bridge. These work well but can often debond if you bite down on something hard so preferably an implant usually works best in the long term.
