Can you correct an open bite for me?

I am a Canadian living in London. I have an open bite that requires surgery and crowding. I’ve also been told that I will require jaw widening. Is it possible to have work done in London? What is the time frame for this proceedure? What are the costs of orthodontal work in the UK (approximately).

You can get the surgery done in a hospital that deals with orthognathic surgery cases.
The first thing would be to book an appointment with a specialist orthodontist who can assess you thoroughly and refer you as necessary.Once the surgery is complete an orthodontist can complete the orthodontic side of things.

It is impossible to give you costs/time frames until we see you as it depends o the severity of the case.
