Can u suggest me on my jaw that has become sensitive to hot food?
Q. Hi DR moore I have a crown on the upper right jaw that has become sensitive to hot food etc The pain is only mild, and seems to radiate to other teeth on that top side. There is no pain when i bite on the tooth,also there is no swelling around the tooth. what could be the problem. thanks for your time.
A. There is a chance the tooth could be dying. It would be worth getting it checked over as pain with hot is a symptom of a dead or infected tooth.
