Can lumineers cover the gap between my two upper front teeth?
Q.
Hi Kailesh
Hi Kailesh
I have a diastema between my two upper front teeth. The gap is about half the width of one tooth. I’m reluctant to have braces and would like to know what cosmetic solutions could be used. Apart from the diastema my teeth are healthy so i dont really want lots of drilling for traditional veneers. Could Lumineers be the answer? Approx how much would this cost to get done in the UK. Thanks.
A.
Lumineers would not close the gap as they are minimal preparation so your teeth would look almost the same. Your best and least abrasive way would be to close the gap with a brace. Your only other option would be to have crowns you would need at least four this is so the teeth sizes are kept in proportion. I would recomend a consultation with a cosmetic dentist.

Hi. Can I get just a few lumineers or do I have to get all of my teeth done?
The number depends on the result you are trying to acheive
