Can i remove the pads from my tooth extraction?

Q.
Ive just had 2 back teeth removed, one from either side of my botton jaw and was wondering when i should take the pads off thats protecting the area and is it ok to drink water or even eat anything. What do you suggest?

I can’t really tell you for sure but if you mean the packs rather than pads these need removing so yu can eat, call your dentist in the morning for more instruction
