Can I have the whole lot fixed perminatly in one go?

Q. I have not been to a dentist for many years but I know my teeth are in very bad shape. Can I have the whole lot fixed perminatly in one go?

A. It is very unusal for this to be possible.  Normally a number of visits are required – especially if you rteeth are in very bad shape.
