Can I have my overbite corrected within a month?

Im really unconfortable with my smile and have no conference I have an over bite my top jaw comes more forward and is not in line with my bottom jaw and my teeth are crowded and push inwards and my smile is not wide at all i would love a straight wide smile.I am willing to pay whatever cost but was wandering if they can be fixed within a month using any procedure? Using cosmetic surgery , veneers any thing possible to give me a complete smile makeover

Without seeing you for a consultation it is very difficult to assess the best treatment for you. from your description it seems that Orthodontics maybe the answer. There is a system called an Inman Aligner that may help if the problem is not too pronounced, this is quite a fast method of straigtening, but it is possible regular orthodontics may be the answer. If your teeth do not protrude too much veneers may be an option also.
