Richard Lawrence Says :

I had a toot canal in my right second to last bottom molar. Not a whole lot of tooth is left, a lot of filling, but it was filled nicely and working. I had occasional pain from the area of the root canal, my mouth is slightly swollen where the root canal was done, but no pain, very occasional puss from a pocket of it on the gum on the side of the tooth. Eating fine.

I was eating a meat sandwich when I hit a bit of gristle and CRACK. No pain, I went to the dentist the next day and they said ‘we have to take the tooth. it will take a lot of work later this week.’ Well I cut up rough. My teeth are just poor quality and I’ve been brushing regularly but here we are. Well the crack is down to the root, and there is very little tooth left. I was awaiting a crown that was never given. I’m thinking the best thing to do would be to fit a tooth to the root canals? An implant? I don’t have a 1000 pounds to spend. But now I’m going to be hideous, and I have an upper molar that was taken on the other side of my mouth. I can’t cope, I just feel so angry and upset because I really have changed my habits re eating sugar and have been brushing daily.

I would be willing to pay in installments for an implant, I feel like I’d do practically anything to save my bite, I am going to look terrible. I can’t cope.

What should I do?
