Are there any quick solutions for overcrowded teeth?

Q.
In a few months time I’ll turn 18 and feel that my teeth are too overcrowded for conventional braces to align them in a short amount of time (which is why I deeply regret not getting them a few years ago). My smile is the main cause of my lack of confidence in social situations and I feel too embarassed to visit my dentist in regards to fixing it. My top set of teeth are a lot worse than my bottom set as one tooth is a lot further back than the others, causing an overlap. I’ve researched into veneers available on the NHS and feel this could be a suitable option as I want the treatment to be over as soon as possible. I’ve also become more aware of slightly wobbly teeth but am not sure whether this is just a subconscious thought. As it is only the front 6 on the top set and front 4 on the bottom set of my teeth that aren’t aligned, I’ve also looked into the 6 month smile braces but it all seems to good to be true. What do you think is the best option for me?
A.
I would really need to see you give you the best options you need to have a consultation to determine the best options. Its nice to fast treatment but you must also think about the long term consequences.

I have two premolars upper extracted on left jaw and one premolar extracted on right upper jaw. What I would like to know is- I have overlaping central inscisors which I would like to be staightened. Am I eligible for Six months Smile treatment or what corrective alignment treatment are you advising.
