All My Life I’ve Wanted The Perfect Smile. What Are The Best Treatments To Achieve This?

Hi Dr Moore. I am 46 and have all my life want a perfect smile. For the upper teeth anyway, my teeth are badly crooked at front, I have had a few removed at the back either side, and one front tooth is starting to rot. It’s been filled at the back to the maximum capacity and the one next to it is starting to go too. I have diabetes also. What’s my best option? Dentures? I am prepared to have all my remaining upper teeth removed to get that smile I have always longed for. Thank you for your time. I look forward to your reply.

Hello and thank you for writing in. I can’t really give you a proper opinion without seeing you first but it does sound like fairly major treatment is needed. It all depends on cost.
