after extractions now done I do not have sufficient bone width for implants

Q. I have been told after extractions now done that I do not have sufficient bone width for implants without bone grafting and also need sinus lifts to accomodate the pegs/posts. Would so called “blade” retained implants overcome this problem thanks

A. Blade retained implants are a very old way of implant treatment .  the success rate is very poor and I would not recommend this option with other option that are now available.
