A filling in my molar is causing me pulsing pain, what could be the cause?

Q.
Hi there i had quite a large filling (or so im told as i was under twilight sleep) in my molar. its been 2 weeks now and every so often i have a wee pusling pain in it which can last form a few mins to 15 mins. Do u think it will settle down? I am pretty scared in general and it takes alot for me to get there. I would really apprichate your help xxx

It can take a few weeks to settle down especilally if it was a deep filling. If after this time it is getting no better the nerve could be dying in the tooth and would require root canal treatment.

An examination by a dentist with X rays is required to determine the cause of your pain

I have 40% – 60% bone loss, some loose teeth and alot of spacing and crooked teeth. I have recent x-rays, I want to know what you can do to correct this problems and improve the appearance of my teeth.
