Win $15,000 worth of cosmetic dentistry in contest

A dentist is giving away $15,000 of cosmetic treatments in a contest to discover the most compelling dental story.
Texas-based Dr Mark Sweeney, of Austin Dental Spa, is asking Americans to send in videos of themselves which describe why they have the most interesting dental story. 
The finalists’ videos will be put online and voters will choose the winner of the cosmetic dental treatment, who will receive a total smile makeover. 
Contestants need to prove why they deserve the perfect smile and the one with the most interesting story will win the prize. 
A panel of judges from Austin Dental Spa will rate the film’s creativity and entertainment value and select the finalists. The chosen final three will then have their videos posted on Facebook and YouTube. 
The winner of the treatment will also be crowned the Most Interesting Dental Patient in the World. 
No only that but Austin Dental Spa are also giving everyone who submits a video a teeth-whitening treatment, valued at around $600, too.
Contestants’ videos should be no longer than five minutes and be G-rated. Videos can be submitted until 31 December 2009 and voting will begin on 6 January 2010. The winner will be announced on the 27 January 2009.

    Hi, I am really interested in getting cosmetic dentistry done to my teeth. I do not have a lot of money so therefore I am not a candidate for these services. I saw a ad to win 20,000 in cosmetic work to be done for your smile so that is why I am emailing you. My teeth are my MOST insecure feature, and I have been searching for a way to fix them for a long time. I have gone without dental insurance for years, and obviously I have suffered due to that. I have many problems with my teeth, including missing ones, cavities, and possible surgical procedures needed. I am only 25 and feel that I am too young to have teeth of this nature. I am ashamed, embarrassed, and do not know where to go from here. I am embarrassed to open my mouth in public, I always smile closed mouth, and I terrified to go on any job interviews or pursue any of my goals/aspirations due to this. I know fixing this would change my whole life, it would make me a confident, productive member of society again. There is nothing in the world I wish for more than this.     I’m 31 years old and since I was 12 I always had problems with my teeth ,I was at least 2 times in month seen dentist.

    So Now my teeth looks very ugly .Believe Me I have so many complex and bad days because of that ,
    I just hate my smile.

    I don’t want to go out with my friends ,very depressed. I work as forklift driver and I can safe so much money to pay for my new teeth which could really change my life. I don’t smile very often at work and people I work with think I’m some kind of strange person

    I’m not happy because of that. Please help Me to change my life.

    Hi,my name is Lidia Mannarino, i live in Toms river South Jersey. I am 46 years old i have 3 children , i’ve been with their dad for the last 18 years He is very mentally abusive and a bully always downgrading me , i know what i am and what i beleive in and that keeps my spirit strong.
    I really want to get out of this relationship expecially for my kids ,i really want to get out and be independent!since i’ve been a kid i wasn’t happy with my teeth,and now its even affecting me more i love to smile but i never show my teeth,i’ve been wanting to get cosmetic surgery for a while but i cannot afford it.

    i had a gastric bypass about 8 years ago, with that being said it casuse alot of problems with my teeth because of my anemia and because of throwing up the acids from the salava ate away the enamel.i now have 2 teeth missing and about 3 crowns and who knows how many fillings.my teeth are slowly falling out one by one and breaking.i dont have the money for this and would like a set of vaniers before all my teeth fall out and according to my dentist the way things are looking is that they are not going to make it very much longer.please please help. Thank you
