Silvio at work after tooth–break attack
Silvio Berlusconi has returned to work a month after he had two teeth and his nose broken in an attack in Milan.
The Italian Prime Minister, 73, resumed his official duties on 12 January 2010 with minimal scarring from the incident, where he was punched in the face with a model of Milan Cathedral on 13 December 2009.
Massimo Tartaglia, 42, was arrested and charged with attacking the prime minister.
He was detained in custody and policed revealed he had a history of mental illness.
Tartaglia apologised to Berlusconi via letter and claimed that he barely recognised himself.
