Police Appeal for Information After Teenager Sustains Dental Injuries in Leeds

British Transport Police are appealing for information after a teenager was left with horrific dental injuries after an attack at a bar in Leeds.

The teenager was dancing with friends at the Stone Roses bar when he was punched in an unprovoked attack. The incident happened in the early hours of the morning on the 25th August.

Detective Constable Jason Ridgeway confirmed that the 19 year old had two teeth knocked out in the attack; he also suffered significant facial injuries and additional dental injuries. The victim was attended to by bar staff and doormen quickly removed the attacker from the bar. He [the attacker] was with a female at the time and police have released a photograph.

Det Con. Ridgeway said that the 19 year old has suffered severe injuries and had been left traumatised by what he described as a “violent, vicious and unprovoked attack.”
