A dental practice in Norwich has reopened to the public after undergoing a makeover. Friends Dental Practice, which was acquired by Zain Shamoon earlier this year, has had a revamp thanks to its ambitious new owner.

Mr Shamoon bought the clinic in June and set about modernising the interiors and investing in new equipment, including a state of the art digital X-ray machine. Mr Shamoon was able to complete the renovation work and the purchase thanks to a loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Mr Shamoon said that the revamp had enabled him to create a friendly, more welcoming clinic, which also boasts modern equipment. The aim was to create a comfortable environment for patients, which also fitted with the professional intentions and aims of the hard-working, driven dentist and his team. The treatment rooms are well-equipped and patients can access a wide range of treatments on-site.

Mr Shamoon said that he decided to press on with the acquisition after seeing the practice’s potential for growth. The clinic actually contains three surgeries, but only two are in operation, and there are plans to launch the third. As well as increasing the range of services, Mr Shamoon is also keen to offer appointments on Saturdays.
