The owners of Night Dental, which is currently based in Birmingham, have submitted plans to create a new practice in Bradford in a bid to expand the business.

The application relates to a site at Listerhills Science park, which is close to the University of Bradford. The proposal details plans to turn the current office facility into a brand new dental surgery.

Night Dental is a unique concept, with clinics providing late-night dental treatment. In addition to general and cosmetic dental services, the practice also offers facial aesthetics, dental implants and invisible orthodontics. The owners are also hoping to open a clinic in London.

The proposals state that no external modifications will be required. Internally, the office space will be remodelled to create three treatment rooms, an X-ray suite, a decontamination room, a staff room and a reception area. There will also be an office, a waiting area and toilet facilities for patients. The plans also suggest that there are seven parking spaces available at the front of the unit.

According to the applicants, the establishment of a new dental surgery will bring new life into a vacant unit within the science park and create seven new full-time jobs and six part-time positions.
