New dental practice opens in Leigh
A new NHS dental practice has opened in Leigh.
The new surgery will provide be run by Esmail Harunani & Co, who have a number of surgeries across London and the South East.
The new practice is located on the second floor of the Leigh Primary Care Centre on London Road and will offer appointments between 9am and 9pm on weekdays. The surgery will also open between 9am and 11am on Saturdays and emergency care will be available on Bank Holidays and over the weekends.
Ian Stidston, from NHS South East Essex, said he was looking forward to working alongside Esmail Harunani & Co and improving standards of care for local people. The new surgery will improve access to NHS services and people will benefit from the long opening hours and emergency dental services offered by the new practice.
Private and NHS patients are invited to register with the practice; if you are interested you should contact NHS South East Essex or telephone the surgery directly. If you need an emergency dentist, you should call NHS Direct.
