The Mission of Mercy has confirmed July dates for a free dental event in Pittsburgh.

The charity, which offers free dental treatment for those who can’t afford to see a dentist, has revealed that a free 2-day clinic will be held at the A.J Palumbo Center on the 28th and 29th July.

Over the course of the two days, huge teams of volunteers will be working to treat as many patients as possible, providing services including extractions, routine checks and cleaning treatments.

The clinic will be run in association with Face2Face Healing, a non-profit based in Pittsburgh.

The clinic is open to all adults and children over the age of 2 years old and there are no qualifying criteria in place. Registration will not be available prior to the event, and appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone who wants to benefit from the services on offer is advised to arrive early, as queues are expected. Registration opens at 6am on Friday 28th July.
