Singer Michael Buble has undergone urgent dental treatment after he knocked a tooth out on stage while performing in Australia.

The Canadian swing-band singer was on stage at Sydney’s Allphones Arena when he lost the tooth after accidentally hitting it with his microphone. Buble was only part way through the second song of the play list when the incident occurred, but soldiered on to complete his set without letting the crowd know what had happened.

It was only when the popular crooner posted a photograph of him having to wear a mask in a dental surgery that the incident was revealed. The day after the concert, the singer posted a photo on Instagram.

He then went on to assure his devoted fans, telling them he was getting fixed up at the dentist’s office and would be in fine form to perform later that day. True to his word, Michael Buble returned to the Sydney arena that night and gave a stellar performance for the fans to savour.
