A Luton dental practice, which was destroyed by flooding 3 years ago, has reopened.

The new look Vogue Dental Care practice opened its doors to the public on the 17th September, three years after the building was severely damaged by flood waters. More than 50 patients, colleagues and local residents turned out to witness the opening.

Sue Pirks, from Greenhouse Mentoring, a charity based in Luton, officially opened the new practice, which is located on Crawley Green Road and the crowd cheered as she cut the ribbon.

Principal dentist, Dr Katechia, said that he was thrilled to have the practice up and running again after a very hard and long struggle to repair the damage and restore the building to its former glory. When the flood struck, it was unclear whether the day would ever come when patients flocked through the doors again, but three years on, the new surgery is open and it looks great.

The practice offers state of the art equipment and boasts modern, stylish décor and light, spacious rooms. The team offers a wide range of services, including the latest cosmetic dental treatments and facial aesthetics.

Sue Pirks said that it was a great honour to be invited to open the new surgery and to be given the opportunity to raise the public profile of Greenhouse Mentoring, which helps young people to find training opportunities and work.
