Kylie may have had facial rejuvenation treatment

As she nears her 40th birthday, Kylie may have undergone facial rejuvenation treatment to defy the signs of ageing, it has been reported.

According to Australian newspaper the Sunday Telegraph, the 39-year-old, who celebrates her birthday in May has appeared at the Elle Style Awards and Echo Music Prize with a fuller pout and tightened complexion.

"Kylie has lost a fair amount of fat from her upper face, in particular the cheek region and she now has more fullness in her lower face area," claimed Dr Kourosh Tavakoli.

He told the newspaper that the singer may have had collagen or other dermal injectables to replenish the fullness and commented that her eyes look altered compared to pictures five years ago.

The rumours follow similar reports that Madonna may have had an eyelift to appear more youthful in the run up to her 50th birthday in August.
