Has Miley Cyrus had veneers fitted?

American teen pop star Miley Cyrus appears to have had cosmetic dentistry, according to gossip magazine Star.

The 15-year-old currently stars in her own programme entitled Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel.

Comparing old and recent photographs of the young actress, Star magazine claims she looks "dramatically different" when compared to her previous "snaggletoothed smile" look.

It states that Cyrus's teeth now appear straighter, less obvious and brighter overall.

Michael D Kosdon, a California-based dentist, told the publication: "It looks as though she's had some porcelain veneers put on her front teeth."

"And her incisors appear to have been covered to make them look younger and more balances with the rest of her mouth," he added.

Her 46-year-old father country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, who has appeared in episodes of Hannah Montana, is perhaps best known for his single Achy Breaky Heart, released in 1992. ADNFCR-1374-ID-18544992-ADNFCR
